A private educational institution is seeking reliable, compassionate, and responsible Residence Counsellors to support students living in an on-site residence environment. This role is responsible for ensuring the safety, well-being, and positive development of students while fostering a supportive and inclusive residential community.

The successful candidate will supervise and mentor students, promote a positive living environment, enforce residence policies, and coordinate student activities and events. This position requires strong communication, problem-solving, and interpersonal skills, as well as the ability to respond effectively to emergencies and student concerns. Residence Counsellors work a variety of shifts, including mornings, afternoons, evenings, weekends, and occasional overnight shifts.
