- This is a hands-on leadership role for a logistics professional who wants to learn how to run a transportation business from the inside.
- The position is approximately 70% operations and 30% business development. It is not a pure sales role, and it is not a desk-based strategy position.
- The successful candidate will work closely with senior leadership, support daily operational decisions, lead teams, manage customer issues, and contribute to business growth.
