Our employer is a Jewish non-profit working on campuses. They are looking for an individual to lead their bold, strategic Student Leadership & Empowerment initiative that trains, inspires, and supports Jewish and non-Jewish allies to become more involved in leadership roles across campuses.

They are looking for someone to join the campus team at the University of Western Ontario (London, Ontario), Canada’s second-largest Jewish campus and a launching pad for Jewish activity, catering to the needs and diverse interests of students.

This role focuses on advancing the organization's Ontario advocacy strategy by coordinating and implementing campus-level initiatives, cultivating relationships with students, and managing advocacy-related issues proactively and reactively. The role will also build on the current student leadership model by identifying, engaging, and developing new student leaders to strengthen and expand campus impact.
