About the Opportunity

Situated within the Integrated Development Department, the organization's Philanthropic Leadership Gifts team engages leading donors to support our mission through a range of high-impact gift opportunities.

Reporting to the Senior Director, Development. The Gift Officer is an experienced critical thinker with strong communication skills, who will be responsible for the development and implementation of strategies to grow the number of high-level gifts to the Annual Campaign and to transformational campaigns. S/he will research, recommend and canvass prospects for major and top gifts. S/He will focus on cultivation and solicitation and will conduct both high-level and in-depth research to find prospects whose goals and interests best align with a philanthropic investment in the organization to engage with as future donors.

They are looking for an Events and Marketing Co-Ordinator to provide event, social media, marketing, and admin support to the Management Team, working directly with the Executive Director.
