The Opportunity

We are seeking a Business Development Manager – Mounting Systems to lead growth and expand market share within our mounting and racking systems portfolio. This newly created role is ideal for a driven, strategic professional with strong industry knowledge and a passion for building long-term client relationships.

You will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, developing partnerships, and delivering tailored mounting solutions for residential, commercial, and industrial solar projects. This role offers high visibility, autonomy, and the opportunity to directly influence company growth.
