McCrae Recruiting is looking for a Talented Outside Sales Representative for our Business Partners’ growing Team in British Columbia. Handling the Lower BC Mainland and Vancouver Island territory, your ability to develop rapport, generate interest, and create a flowing pipeline of customers will make you a huge success.  

Job Overview:

• Update weekly reports with existing projects as well as prospected
• Execute and assist in driving sales and acquiring new leads and accounts.
• Building and maintaining a strong relationship with new and existing accounts.
• Point of contact with Manufacturers whose products we distribute
• Proactively following up with clients to ensure needs are met
• Determine customer needs to recommend the most appropriate solution(s) in a professional and timely manner.
• Identify products and services to best suit customer needs.
• Connect and build trust with customers to develop strong, long-lasting relationships.
• Help build a positive, diverse, and equitable work environment with other associates who are also a part of our fast-growing team.
• Always deliver a strong and positive customer experience.
• Participate in training on product lines to become a resource for our clients

• Salary $65K - $100K+ with commission and bonus and car allowance
• Starting with 3 weeks of vacation

Job Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree or diploma in business or an equivalent.
• 1+ years of experience in markets such as including manufacturing, distribution, logistics, or industrial sales is required.
• Professional, polite, and articulate in communication both written and spoken is a must
• Be enthusiastic and enjoy working with customers.
• Self-motivated, and self-directed in building long sales pipelines
• A drivers license and personal mode of transport
• Strong knowledge of the Microsoft suite of software including TEAMS, Excel, and Outlook
• ERP software familiarity an asset
• Strong organization with the ability to manage various tasks in various stages of completion
• Strong attention to detail
• Enthusiasm resolve issues and build relationships
