McCrae Recruiting is looking for a Technical Sales Representative for our Business Partners’ growing Team in Delta, British Columbia. You will combine your technical expertise and drive to create long-lasting relationships with clients in industries such as the Military, Art Galleries, Education, and Health Care.  

Job Overview:

• Update weekly reports with existing projects as well as prospected opportunities
• Execute and assist in driving sales and acquiring new leads and accounts.
• Building and maintaining a strong relationship with new and existing accounts.
• Proactively following up with clients to ensure needs are met
• Able to determine customer/contract needs to recommend the most appropriate solution(s) in a professional and timely manner.
• Able to identify products and services to best suit customer needs.
• Connect and build trust with customers to develop strong, long-lasting relationships.
• Help build a positive, diverse, and equitable work environment with other associates who are also a part of our fast-growing team.
• Always deliver a strong and positive customer experience.
• Participate in training on product lines to become a resource for our clients

• Salary base of $75K - $100K and up with Car Allowance & Commission, + Bonus structure
• Starting with 3 weeks of vacation

Job Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree or diploma in business or an equivalent.
• 1+ years of strong experience in markets such as including manufacturing, distribution, logistics, or industrial sales is required.
• Professional, polite, and articulate in communication both written and spoken is a must
• Be enthusiastic and enjoy working with customers.
• Self-motivated, and self-directed in building long sales pipelines
• A drivers license and personal mode of transport
• Strong knowledge of the Microsoft suite of software including TEAMS, Excel, and Outlook
• ERP software familiarity an asset
• Strong organization with the ability to manage various tasks in various stages of completion
• Strong attention to detail
• Enthusiasm resolve issues and build relationships
