DEPARTMENT MISSION STATEMENT
Provides customers with the freshest product while maintaining order fill standards and meeting company inventory goals. Develop and implement production plans that optimize the supply chain (people, machines, and systems).
SUMMARY: The Supply Chain Planning Analyst will support the Director with the operations of master data, planning, scheduling, tea/ingredient inventory management and reporting.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities
- Participate in Supply Chain process improvement projects.
- Document Supply Chain processes and procedures
- Support the Supply Chain team by performing cross functional duties within planning, master data, scheduling, and tea/ingredient management.
- Provide support for system related projects such as ERP software or a document management tool.
- Resource for Supply Chain team members as needed.
- Miscellaneous tasks as assigned by the Director of Supply Chain Planning.

Job Requirement:
EDUCATION and/or EXPERIENCE
- Bachelor's degree preferred in Supply Chain, Operations Management, Mathematics, or equivalent experience.
- APICS Certification a plus.
- 2-4 years in supply chain in a high-volume CPG company preferred.
- Strong proficiency with ERP systems, databases, and Microsoft Excel.
