The Company

Our client is a well-established property management firm with locations throughout the GTA. They are currently looking to hire a professional, skilled and bubbly Condominium Property Administrator to work from one of their Burlington sites.

The Job!

As the Site Administrator, you will support the Property Manager with a variety of tasks. Your duties will specifically include:

 

  • Producing reports, budgets and other property related correspondence
  • Completing clerical duties, such as scanning and handling files
  • Dealing with client and tenant in a professional manner
  • Maintaining data sheets to ensure information is current and accurate
  • Investigating any complaint or requests that arise
  • Scheduling meetings and the booking of property amenities
  • Providing vacation and Reception coverage, when required
  • Other duties as assigned

 

What you bring to the job

You will be an experienced administrative professional with the ability to handle a variety of tasks that might arise. You will also come with:

 

  • High-school diploma or equivalent
  • At least 2 years of experience in a similar position with advanced administrative functions
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and other computer software
  • Exceptional interpersonal skills and communicative ability
  • Strong organization, relationship-building and time management skills
