This company is a renowned organization within the property management industry. They are looking for a Property Administrator to provide exceptional administrative support at their Mount Hope location.

The Job!

Your responsibilities will include, but not be limited to:

 

  • Answering phones and taking messages to relay to Property Manager
  • Responding to email enquiries in a timely manner
  • Interacting professionally and politely with all tenants
  • Handling administrative tasks including scanning, filing and printing
  • Investigating and resolving any tenant complaints
  • Drafting tenancy related documents and other correspondence
  • Other duties as assigned

 

What you bring to the job

You must bring the following:

 

  • High-school diploma
  • At minimum of 1 years’ experience in an administrative position
  • Proficiency with technology and Microsoft Office
  • Ability to interact with a variety of individuals and always in a polite manner
  • Capable of working in a fast-paced environment and under minimal supervision
  • Positive, friendly attitude
