Our manufacturing client is looking to hire a Customer Business Project Manager. Our client has 200 vendors that contact them to produce containers. The Customer Business Project Manager works with each project from start to finish, working with Sales, Design, Labelling, Production and Finance!

The Job!
As the Customer Business Project Manager, you will handle a variety of tasks, specifically:
- Handling inquiries that come in via email and phone in a timely manner
- Communicating with multiple departments to provide exceptional service
- Researching and approving all new project requests and seeing them to completion
- Supporting Packaging Consultants with new projects, samples, sourcing, and quoting
- Managing CRM and reporting the progress of new projects and quotations
- Marketing products, services, materials, and processes to packaging consultants
- Being the go-to person for all information on the company’s specific products
What you bring to the job
You are a skilled multi-tasker with the ability to handle a variety of tasks. You must also come with:
- 5-7 years of experience in manufacturing running projects for vendors/clients
- 2-5 years of experience in projects, quotations, coordination, and packaging
- Bachelor’s Degree in a related field
- Ability to work under pressure and continually meet deadlines
- Amazing analytical skills with a strong attention to detail
- Excellent written/verbal interpersonal and relationship-building skills
- Experience working with an ERP package
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and accounting programs
- Demonstrated ability to develop profitable pricing strategies
