Senior Accountant

NextStep Recruiting has partnered with a national construction supplier company to bring in an experienced Senior Accountant that can come in and make an immediate impact!   This position is onsite in the southwest Houston area and is contract to hire with an expected conversion around 2-6 months.

Ideal candidates will have:

• Bachelor’s degree in accounting or finance required
• Strong experience with cash recons, month end close, and financial reporting
• Experience handling multiple legal entities under different umbrellas
• Sage 100 highly preferred
• Experience working in the construction or supplier industry highly preferred
• Exceptional communication skills and ability to partner with leadership
