Collector

Collections Specialist.   Business-to-Business Collector.   NextStep Recruiting is working with a growing manufacturer and distributor in the Garland, TX area who is looking to hire a Collections Specialist for their growing team.   Our client is willing to train someone with light collections or perhaps AR experience that wants to move into collections.  

Candidates should have:

• 1+ years of experience in corporate collections or accounts receivable
• Strong verbal communication skills
• Intermediate with Excel, ability to learn accounting software
• Great teamwork skills working with teammates and the sales team
• Problem solving skills

Our client is known as a great place to work with a very positive work culture.   Hybrid work model 2 days per week onsite, 3 days per work remote.
