Our client a family owned; Canadian company is looking for a Customer Service Representative. We are looking for the right individual with an entrepreneurial mind set who is looking to grow with them in this dynamic role.
SENIOR CUSTOMER SERVICE REPRESENTATIVE:
We are seeking an individual who possesses the following characteristics:
- excellent communication skills both in writing and over the phone
- superior customer service experience in a call center environment
- strong computer proficiency
As a valued member of their logistics team, you will be delivering customer service support for our food industry customers across the GTA. You will be provided comprehensive training that allows you to work with ease and confidence.
Specifically, you will be responsible for:
- Dispatching the drivers to routine and emergency grease trap services
- Addressing customer inquiries via email and phone about their account,
schedules and services
- Follow up with customers and clients who need extra information which will
include preparing Service Reports and invoicing information
- Prepare and finalize driver routes on a daily basis

Qualifications:
- Experience in customer service roles
- Exceptional telephone/email etiquette
- Proficient in computer navigation and keyboarding skills
- High school diploma
