Job Function:
Our Client, a North American leader in the design, development and manufacture of high-efficiency, premium quality Sustainable Solutions is looking to hire a Sales Operation Personnel:
Primary Responsibilities
·Order Entry and Management – act as the point of contact for incoming sales orders and managing the entry, revision and filing of orders.
·Logistics Coordination – communicate order delivery status and updates to customers across North America.
·Incoming sales leads- qualify and address/redirect incoming sales inquiries
·Sales Program Coordination – work with sales, customers and finance to administer special pricing programs, rebates and point of sale data
·Customer information – assist in the upkeep of CRM platforms and targeted campaigns
·Sales Process – create and maintain documentation on sales processes, policies and relevant sales materials
·Onboarding – assist with new customer orientation procedures
·RMA liaison – managing the customer experience through the RMA process
Education and Experience
·College/University bachelor degree
·Minimum 3 years’ experience in relevant sales/business management
·Experience working with US based companies
·Proven organizational and project management skills in fast paced environment
Technical Skills
·Detailed-oriented individual capable of prioritizing, multi-tasking and managing numerous data-based activities simultaneously
·Proficient with sales and operations software such as CRMs, database tools and logistics tracking
·Operating in cross-functional environmental to provide link between numerous groups
