Our employer is Canada's first full-service kosher boutique hotel, offering a distinctive hospitality experience in the heart of Toronto's Jewish community. Located within a condominium development, the hotel will welcome both visiting guests and the surrounding community, while also supporting condominium residents through dining and event programming. They are looking for an individual to lead catering sales and community engagement, generating event revenue and building relationships within Toronto's Jewish community. Reporting to the General Manager, this role oversees client relationships and serves as the primary liaison between clients, hotel operations, and the Kosher culinary team. As a key member of the pre-opening team, the successful candidate will help establish the catering program, event processes, and community relationships that will define the hotel's event business.
